Answer: Lonestar Clearance delivers daily from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Question: What time will the delivery truck arrive at my home? Answer: Customers can call Lonestar Clearance between 9 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. on their delivery day for a two to three hour window of arrival. Please allow extra time for inclement weather days. Question: Can the delivery crew remove old furniture from my house? Answer: The delivery company charges a $20.00 fee for every 15 minutes of moving furniture within the home, or to the curb. This fee is payable directly to the drivers. Question: What methods of payment are available on delivery day? Answer: We will accept cash only on the day of delivery. Credit card payments must be arranges at least one day prior to delivery. Question: What if I cancel my delivery after the furniture has been loaded onto the truck? Answer: A $50.00 charge will be assessed if a delivery is cancelled after the furniture has been loaded onto the truck. Question: What if I am not home when the delivery truck arrives? Answer: A $50.00 charge will be assessed for the second delivery attempt. Question: Can I take my furniture home instead of having it delivered? Answer: Yes. Customers can choose to take their furniture home from our furniture warehouse in Fort Worth instead of having it delivered. Question: What if my furniture is damaged during delivery? Severely damaged furniture can be refused and returned to the store for inspection, repair, or replacement. Question: What if my furniture is defective upon delivery? We are required to collect sales tax for deliveries in Texas. Do you offer delivery outside of the Fort Worth and Dallas area area? Lonestar Clearance delivers furniture via ABF freight. Quotes are made upon request. Please contact Lonestar Clearance for an exact ship charge. In most cases shipments will be sent ¿freight collect¿, meaning the shipping company will expect payment from you before they deliver your merchandise. Shipments will also be insured for the amount of the purchase, with that charge added to your shipping charges. Separate items special-ordered directly from our suppliers may not arrive in the same delivery shipment. Do you offer ¿rush¿ delivery services? Items are not usually express-shipped due to cost. In rare cases special arrangements can be made for expedited shipping. How are shipping, handling and delivery charges calculated? In most cases the exact charge for these services is charged directly to the customer by the shipping or freight company. In cases where Lonestar Clearance must charge the customer directly for shipping costs, we will do our best to estimate the exact cost and only charge the customer that amount.
