Lonestar Clearance was established in October of 2001. By offering quality furniture to our customers at fair prices our sales have grown over 400% from our first year in business. By giving our customers as much information as we can about our merchandise before the purchase we hope to maintain a high level of satisfaction with our customers. To insure this we list all the construction information that is available to us as well as dimensions and descriptions on every item on our website. We do not however have a large enough showroom to display many of the items that are in our online catalog. If the information provided online is not sufficient you can call or e-mail us with any questions or concerns you might have about a particular item.
Most of the items in our online catalog are not kept in inventory. By doing this we are able to cut down on our operating cost and pass the savings on to our customers. We can however, in most cases have any of the items delivered within 1 to 2 days of purchase. If you would like to check availability on an item you can contact us and we can usually have an answer within a few minutes.
Many of our customers are not always able to pay in full for the purchase they would like to make. We offer a no time limit lay away plan. For lay-away we do require a 30% deposit. From that point you can pay as you want. If the merchandise arrives damaged we will replace it at no charge to the customer. Some items such as pool tables, mattresses, and hot tubs come with a manufacturers warrranty. If you want to purchase an additional 5 yr warranty on any furniture item you can do so for an additional 10% of the purchase price of a particular item. If that item is damaged in that time period as a result of a manufacturing error, Lonestar Furniture will repair it at no cost to the customer.
